CARD ON FILE

When booking an appointment, we require a card on file to save your slot. Nothing will be charged to your card until the day of your appointment. (Exceptions apply to free consultations).

LATENESS

We run a tight schedule here at RPM and for that reason, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in your appointment being rescheduled and a late fee of $75 charged. 

 

CANCELLATION

Our time is valuable! For that reason, we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to cancel your appointment before 48 hours may result in a non refundable/non transferable late  fee of $75.

NO-SHOWS

No show appointments will be charged a non refundable/non transferable fee of $100. 

 

PRICING

All of our prices are firm - we will not haggle or negotiate. View our pricing for each artist here. If you are being seen by Vanessa in the desert, pleas note that services typically run about $50 more due to the travel time. 

 

GRATUITIES

We appreciate it! We prefer cash tips, but we also accept Venmo and Zelle, or you can add it to your payment at the end of your service.

 

TOUCH-UPS

Permanent Makeup is an Art. No two people will heal the same way. We prefer to err on the side of caution. While it is easy to add more pigment, it can be very difficult to remove. For this reason, we do not guarantee results and do not offer free touch-ups. You can see all of our touch-up pricing on our booking link here.

 

WORKING ON EXISTING PIGMENT

We love to do corrections! Unfortunately, not everyone is a candidate, and sometimes pigment removal is necessary to move forward with a procedure. Because of this, we require a consultation prior to the procedure. Book your free consultation here.
