RPM Company Policies

We ask guests to arrive 15 minutes early to their appointments to fill out paperwork and get settled.

 

LATENESS

We run a tight schedule here at RPM and for that reason, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can result in your appointment being rescheduled and the loss of your deposit.

 

DEPOSITS

We require a $100 deposit upon booking an appointment to hold your time slot. The $100 will go toward the cost of your procedure.

 

CANCELLATION

Our time is valuable! For that reason, we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Failing to cancel your appointment before 48 hours may result in your losing the deposit.

 

PRICING

All of our prices are listed on the website. We will not haggle or negotiate.

 

GRATUITIES

We appreciate it! We prefer cash tips, but we also accept Venmo and Zelle, or you can add it to your payment at the end of your service.

 

TOUCH-UPS

Permanent Makeup is an Art. No two people will heal the same way. We prefer to err on the side of caution. While it is easy to add more pigment, it can be very difficult to remove. For this reason, we do not guarantee results and do not offer free touch-ups. You can see all of our touch-up pricing on our website.

 

WORKING ON EXISTING PIGMENT

We love to do corrections! Unfortunately, not everyone is a candidate, and sometimes pigment removal is necessary to move forward with a procedure. Because of this, we require a consultation prior to booking.

 

COVID 19

If you are having symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. In this case, you will not lose your deposit.
